SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Community

Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.

SASSA might be rendering companies like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency stated it is actually alarmed concerning the superior variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no sassa thoroughly functional office devoted to service the area daily. The provider point created for intervention experiences a higher influx of possible beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for that Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more resources to help the servicing of all prospects and raise access to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
